Our Story
Our venue was first built in 1896 and utilized as a military depot. In 2006 Frank and Brenda Sanchez purchased this warehouse and transformed it into the infamous "Francisco's Halloween Shop" and "Francisco's Custom Tees" (now "FC Printing and Awards", operated by Frank Sanchez Jr). In 2014 the Sanchez Family opened their first banquet hall, Casa De Sanchez just across the way and have had the honor of hosting many events over the years. In 2018 the Halloween business came to an end and a new journey began for this space.

2019 was the start of a new venture. Permits, blueprints, and construction were soon to be underway. However, COVID-19 brought our project to a halt. Like many, this was a very challenging time for our business and family. We are so grateful that in 2021 we were finally able to get the ball rolling once again. We spent a great deal of time putting together this beautiful venue and we hope that people can look forward to celebrating their special moments with us!
